You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled the same day they are placed, before shipment. After this point, our return policy applies.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
